We’re building a more inclusive and connected Ruby ecosystem, both online and in person, by supporting regional conferences, local meetups, and community-driven programs like Scholars & Guides. Through grant funding, resource sharing, and inclusive platforms for learning and collaboration, we help empower new developers, foster global connections, and strengthen the talent ecosystem.
